Re. the earlier neighbor/HOA stuff, I bought 4 acres way back when at the end of a dirt road, 5 families own all the property on my cross street. The county paved the main road but our cross is dirt and privately maintained. We have no trespassing signs posted at the end of the road. My neighbor, who is also my old boss owns the 1000 acres we butt up to, ita a private hunting/field trial preserve. The rest of the neighborhood know us as the grumpy assholes at the end of the road and I’m perfectly fine with that.

Afternoon guys, right about zero today. Man the hoa thing...never have, never will. We moved from the west hills of portland...even with all the million dollar houses, we still werent subject to hoa rules. Glad we are where we're at now...few neighbors that like mentioned, we can only see when the leaves are gone and even then all we see is a porch light.

Got thru painting the hives then I found a box I forgot to paint after cleaning up

 

Nascar died February 18th, 2001. Watched it a little here and there, but it aint the same.

The problem with Florida is most of the undeveloped land that is left is smack in the middle of the state, you dont get a coastal breeze from either side. That and/or it is so low lying and flood prone that you have to berm your house on 3 sides, dig a pool and use the dirt from your pool area to raise your house.

 

I’m high on a hill here, ( not really a hill but high for Florida)

 

You are also on developed land lol right

 

Around here people pay to get those to compost.

 

No charges during the race the last car moving wins.
