They're likely working on distribution. When I posted that I bought it three days ago, the tortellini wasn't available in the Northern California region yet and now it is.

I will declare my 1st attempt at Gumbo a success. Now I just have to either hope it freezes well or pawn some of it off on my neighbors because I have tons of it
I used Emeril Lagasse's recipe and just subbed in cup4cup in the roux. It didn't darken quite as much as recommended but after stirring the pot for 45 minutes I was ready to move on. And I used the Hempler's andouille that I mentioned on the previous page and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

come on over, there's leftovers for days!
I could only get the roux to a dark caramel color and not the chocolate color recommended in the recipe. Still looks like the picture on the page where I got the recipe so I'll say I do alright

Your gumbo looks great! It does take time to get that chocolate roux, and heat but you also then start having the scorch issue. But yours looks great!

Anyone have a cinnamon roll recipe they havef used and like? I’m planning on using the Cup4Cup recipe to start, although there are a few others I’ve found that look really good but call for Better Batter Flour and I don’t have that. Plan is to enjoy some cinnamon rolls in the morning!

Since pasta popped up...Rummo GF is good stuff if you can find it local. (diff options...fusilli, noodle, penne, rig, etc)
    *Worth ordering as well.

(Barilla has been my go-to easy find.)

I tried a couple of recipes for rolls myself and just couldn't find that perfect combo but I did find this recipe for cinnamon cake that turns out really well. I've used a couple of differnt flours with it and it turns out every time

@MTgirl - oh my…. A GF bakery! I’d be in trouble if that was near me! Ha! And thank you for the link on the cinnamon roll cake! I’ll give that a try at some point. And, once I get Better Batter flour, I’m going to give a few other recipes a try and will report back.

they make some good stuff. the apple walnut bread is good and the cinnamon rolls are amazing. i pick up a 4 pack every few weeks.
i've also had their garlic bread, oat bread and cupcakes and so far not disappointed.

I've definitely bought both at the Clarkston, WA Costco, several times. Weird.

Here’s the first go with GF cinnamon rolls. I used Gluten Free on a Shoe String’s Easy GF Cinnamon Roll recipe, easy with just flour and Greek yogurt. I also used Cup4Cup’s recipe for the icing. I’d make these again as the dough came together well and was nice to work with. It’s been years since my wife and I have had a cinnamon roll!
