Missing exterior fuses

    Hello folks I just wanted to see if this normal thing with new or similar vehicles. I brought it brand new 2021 TRD OR 4x4.
    Under the hood the fuse box I noticed it's missing 30A CDS fan and 10A AC.
    Not sure what is cds fan.
    My ac does run cold in the summer time but being 10A I suspect it's something else.

    I believe these fuse boxes are used across other models, therefore not all positions are used.
