Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

a great-uncle of mine once owned a mountain. he was a developer in colorado for most of his life. he'd sell off small parts of it as he needed money. by the time i was 14, he'd sold off most of it for others to build on.

unfortunately, it didn't get passed down much, he passed away about 10 years ago, his wife sold off the house to move back to the midwest to be near the rest of the family. but the humming birds they had there on the mountain were insane. she had 4 feeders, had to refill all of them at least 2 times a day. literally an airport with the sound effects. it kept all us siblings entertained all day watching them the one time we visited.

If I win I'm moving out of the country and spending my days pursuing hobbies and interests rather than working for corporations. Life's too short to work until you drop or retire and then drop immediately after.

 

If you win you could start a corporation and show them all how it is done the right way.

I always figured that if I ever won then my full time job would be managing the money. I think it would be fun to find unique, creative ways to spend the money in ways that promotes the best in people. And if you hire the right people you will have more time on your hands then you know what to do with.

A few months back could be more then a year my local Mom and Pop butcher shop they decided to retire .

None of the family really wanted to stay in the business .

Some new people opened a new butcher shop I thought I would check it out . I don`t know how to really describe it for sure not for the locals that supported The owners there before. I wish them luck They did not even Fresh or smoked sausage . I asked about scrapple the look I got I would have thought I asked for fresh Human brains.

Such is life .

 

Yeah, there’s a massive constriction of quality mom and pop shops going on.
