I bet if you lit a fire under it you could grill stuff on it. T-Bones with a diamond plate pattern on them would be pretty nice!

why you need this:
The Smart Way
Rebuild your high mileage front end. Find spare parts. Refresh them in your spare time, to build up a collection.
Then when you are ready, swap them in, in a matter of hours.
Which is what I did with another set using a bottle jack

OR, if you prefer to do things slowly, all day/weekend truck down taken apart, taking longer, going wrong unplanned
then don't acquire free spares like this
Just remove and refresh your old ones, somehow quickly repainting them and defeating siezed eccentric bolts

i'll let this one go for the low price of a 6 pack of beer. had it on my truck briefly but never tow so took it off, its been in the garage for the last year. mounting hardware included. i'll pull off the hitch lock box though, hanging onto that one for a friend

Doesn't fit my steel front

I ran it on stock bumper about a year, I like it, no issues. If it still fit my bumper I would keep.
I think this is the only quality product on the market, that adds a better recovery point to the lower driver side
