Headlights, taillights, remote start. Bilstein lift. Sidesteps. Grill replacement. Black out mods. Brush guard. Grill lights. Rims.
Curious if anyone has done anything like this.
I bought a splitter so I can have my radar detector and my phone charger plugged in at the same time. The thing sticks out 9 feet now. Super annoying. Wondering if I could drill a hole in the little cubby where the crappy built in charger is and somehow swap it down there?

    I drive a Miata.
I'd buy another USB or cigarette outlet and tap it into the center console charger. The line runs under the cupholders making it easy to locate your new outlet anywhere you want.

Just get a direct wire kit for the radar detector and run it from the fuse box

Both seem like valid options right there. I'll have to contemplate on this one.
I def like the idea of running the radar straight through, that would eliminate the cord dangling from the windshield down past the radio.
Also not sure why I didn't think to buy a second 12v socket instead of swapping. I guess I was just thinking about working with what I already have.
