Just close the hood. My 2022 OR and my neighbors 2022 Sport sound just like that.

Yeah after hearing the video...injectors. Specifically the direct injectors. On cold start, the engine uses the direct injectors to stratisfy the air/fuel(richer near the plug)to promote faster warm-up.
Direct injection pump is on pass-side...

So I'll add this to the "good news" file and consider the case closed. Maybe it'll help someone else that follows one day.

Thanks again to all, truly appreciated.

During cold startups, the intake valve defaults to an intermediate position, while the exhaust valve is advanced. The port injection is initially activated, then the direct injection phases in, delivering fuel during the end of the compression stroke. This allows the ignition timing to be retarded and the exhaust gas temperature raised for a faster warm up.

The only thing I can add to this conversation is that my taco sat for 3 months with zero care (other than being in an underground garage) and it started up no different than it I had last started it 5 minutes prior. I heard nothing that sounded like oil starvation or any other malady.

I can’t say the same thing about my 1999 2 stroke carbureted outboard motor.

Can we all give the new guy props for this most excellent video demonstration of the problem?

Lighting, location, sound volume all very clear to see and hear, you did a great job!

My '16 has done this since day 1. I'm at 150k miles now, no issues.
