I work for CalTrans and this was Monday morning around 7:30am in my work parking lot in SLO. Cones are 36" tall for reference. It was wild here and ill never forget it. Last flood this size was 1976. (The cars in the second b&w picture parked is the same location I took the above)

Not good. I hope your home etc wasn’t impacted. I saw some flooding in Santa Barbara & Carpinteria( and of course Muddycito). I have a feeling this is going to be a more common occurrence.

The part of SLO i live in was okay. People who lived downtown along the San Luis Creek got the worst of it. That creek overflowed into downtown flooding the southern section and everything down hill lol. There was probably a foot to 18 inches of rushing water down a 4 lane road in the middle of town.

Im headed out 154 tomorrow to check out the damage and go from there.

All the damage done during the recent storms is of course horrible, but we do need the water. Our levels and already looking SO much better. Cachuma was at 37% a few days ago and now its up to 80%.

Here it is. Still LOTS of water coming in from the mountain side. This is the cove closest to the entrance. Dock is floating once again and the area furthest from the damn where it'ss flat has loads of water as well. Tons of logs and debris all over though.

No, but I could use some of the hardware that mounts it. :) Lost a few when I removed it to relocate my backup camera years back.

How many you need? I replaced my tailgate hardware with rivnuts and stainlesss bolts after some of the plastic keepers started to strip out.

Just 3. It's one of those things that doesn't really matter outside the fact that I see the holes any time the gate is down and my OCD makes my neck twitch.

Anyone in the SB area sitting on 16” aftermarket wheels they want to unload? In a pinch, weekend trip ahead and my install today backfired due to contact with brake caliper.
