I had a 2010 Nissan Frontier it had the factory bed extender that used the bed rail system no drilling or additional mods needed. Unfortunately the Nissan got totalled by a red light runner. I was able to get a new 2023 Tacoma it came with the bed rails but no extender and found out to install the factory extender you have to drill holes and it doesn't work with the bed rail system. Does anyone know a manufacturer that makes a bed extender for the Tacoma that works with the existing Tacoma bed rail system?

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Hello and welcome, the Tacoma has a deeper bed and it is composite so you have the stamped steel pillars in the rear. Due to this all the options that I am aware of require you to drill three holes in those steel pillars to mount the brackets. It is an extremely easy install though so I would not be afraid to pick one up from Amp Research or something of the like. They normally come around often on marketplace and craigslist and the such. If you purchase used you might have to order a set of brackets from the manufacturer however.
