Need some advise from members that are running 2-3 inch lowering blocks. I have some vibration while driving 65-75 mph. I inspected and re-tightened my u bolts, checked my drive shaft, u-joints, center support bearing and found no issues. I even had my tires re-balanced. However I did notice that the rear driveshaft coming from the axle is angled down compared to the drive shaft coming from the transmission. Please see attached photo. The blocks I purchased are tapered. The vibration only started after I lowered the rear. Should I maybe run a non-tapered blocks?

Can someone please take a picture of how you diveshaft looks so I can compare mine ?
What kind of blocks are you guys running that are 2-3 inch dropped.

Thankyou in advance for your help.

That angle is the problem. You can have no more than 15 degrees of deflection in u-joints or there can be vibration issues.

Taper is facing front? What’s the front of truck lowered with? Did you get an alignment?

Yes taper towards the front. The front was lowered by moving the shock perch two inches lower. I made an appointment for the alignment for this sunday.
