Hello TW, as the title says, I have a CEL indicating wheel speed sensor A is at fault. My cruise control switch now works as I recently repaired my clock spring. Everything works just fine on the gauge cluster including my speedometer however I believe the gauge cluster is not sending the wheel speed signal to the ECM, thus making cruise not work. After much reading on the forums, my theory is that a soldered connection on the gauge cluster has cracked because the cruise control works only once the truck/interior has heated up and I believe the solder has expanded and caused the connection to reform. The code was intermittent at first but became more frequent until becoming a permanent resident. I have checked all fuses and the sensors themselves with a multimeter so I can confirm that they're not at fault. I have not checked the PCB in the gauge cluster to confirm my suspicion yet as I do not have time for my truck to be down for a while to check it out. This post will be updated in the future regarding my findings and hopefully I can resolder (if that is the cause) and save a few hundred dollars for myself and any of you who may also be experiencing this issue as well. Any and all input/advice/jokes are more than welcome. Thank you all!
