Where does this wire go?

    Hello. Just wanted to see if anyone can tell me where the wire on the right circled in the photo below goes? The wire on the left is for the oil pressure sending unit. In the second photo where I am holding the two wires the wire in question is on the right with the plug attached to it. It is nearby the AC compressor so I'm guessing it has something to do with that? AC compressor is removed on my truck so it's hard to tell. Maybe for an option my truck doesn't have as well.

    1996 2.7 4wd.

    Found out on another discussion that it's for the ac compressor clutch.
