What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Does that sound deadening make a noticeable difference?

 

Not today but about a week ago did a cab mount chop and installed some Morimoto 4banger with HXB pods and the cmc got rid of all the rubbing and the fogs look amazing imo

 

Installed my MBRP turndown exhaust. I primed and painted it prior to putting it on. Super happy with it.

 

What should people be aware of when doing all the wiring?

 

I’d probably paint it because now you can’t collapse them

 

I’m leaning towards the cbi classic/baja with the mid height bull bar myself

 

Reminds me of my install.

Put a bead of silicone around the outside edge. Those aren't 100% waterproof.

You change your headrest height a lot? This is a non-issue for me. Once the height is set they don’t move.
If several people of varying heights use your truck it wouldn’t work out. Though, I’m not sure how well paint would hold up to use. Maybe wire loom if that’s the case?

 

monthly 4x4 run per the manual. it doesn't rain much here in AZ so when it does, gotta take advantage of it.

Little vinyl decal additions. I have a slight obsession with a red, grey, black color scheme.

 

After what seemed like forever, my 20° TIG-welded DOM sliders from Westcott Designs were finally finished being fabricated and I installed them this weekend. These are beautifully hand-built, powder coated satin black and had perfect fitment. They complement the truck so nicely. <3



Also mounted my Baja Designs S2 Sport flush mount chase light. Waiting for a few more wiring accessories to arrive to make it fully functional, but the hard part (I think) is done.
