Replaced my missing/broken clips for the lower instrument panel. Part# for the Charcoal interior is 90467-07041-B7 (2000-2004 I believe).

Hopefully it isn't as dramatic as mine were, he got the CS018R ones I think which are lighter duty for single cabs. But OME definitely lies about those leaves, says they're 3" but they're easily 5" when new.

But I did beat em down a bit and they settled...

The grey truck sat better with them because it had more constant weight.

What I know for sure, is if you don't remove any leaves it'll always be somewhat above 3" and none of the shocks people (and companies) say "fit" will fit. That's the whole reason I relocated the grey truck finally, was nothing fit right with those leaves, their range of motion is totally in a different place than other leaf options for later 1st gens.

Hmm, well you know I might have lost those when I installed the supercharger and put on regular copper ones. I have that generic HF copper washer kit and it has saved my bacon a few times, so that's likely what I would have grabbed a spare from.

Go with some Deavers if you want it to sit without a lot of rake.

Should be fine with copper then. Couldn't think of a reason why they're shaped like that or that it would impact anything.

Did you pull the rack to put these in? I've been wanting to do it but don't want to deal with getting another alignment and stuff

Just pop the outer tie rods out of the LBJ's and you don't have to worry about losing your alignment. You will have to pull the rack out a bit from where it mounts though

Had the coolant temp sensor wiring break (or an animal got to it) but needed to get the truck started to move it....

    EDIT:
Since it was a pain to find....the part number for the engine coolant temperature sensor wire (pigtail) is 82219-34020 (8221934020). It should be around $10 from Toyota.

Lowered my front lift a little today. Swapped out my 2883 springs for 2880’s. I haven’t tested it on dirt, but the ride quality on the road is greatly improved. The 2883’s were so stiff.

Looks better too; no front diff, no cv axles, no transfer case, and no winch...those 883's must've been teeth shattering.

Make sure to get an alignment, you're going to wear those tires unevenly and quick.

Nice! 2880’s here as well! Where did you get your bumper?

Oh man they were horrible. I was originally going to wait and see how it settled when I got around to adding the winch and sliders, but after considering the weight difference between 4wd and PreRunner like you mentioned I decided to swap them now. I just wish I had a spring compressor so I could progressively upgrade springs as I add weight.

I am certainly due for an alignment. I have lower ball joints, tie rods, and the total chaos bushings waiting in my garage to get installed. I figure I will do all of that and get the alignment done after.

It’s from relentless fabrication. They have a substantial lead time, but well worth the wait.

I’m switching my turn signals to clear lenses and adding Switchback LEDs to have full-time DRLs that turn Amber when the turn signal is activated.

Mine use about 5ft of nylon hose, that's it. Super short and simple. No crazy run
