Glad to find a group of fellow Tacoma owner out there ! I've been the original owner of a 1999 Tacoma 4 wheel drive and I do all the work on it myself since I was an aircraft mechanic on jet engines since 1975. The truck is completely stock and in mint condition. I now retired and a disabled Navy vet on top of it all. I love my Tacoma and talk to her every time I drive her ! It's a little had to find solid information on repairs or questions I need to find answers to. That's why I trust fellow Tacoma owners. It's easier to ask people who care for their trucks as you all do and I'm glad you are out there ! I'm not a real tech guy with computers, just an old gear head from way back. It's just all nuts and bolts and common sense to me. Some times you just need help and support from people who care for others. I just hope not to screw up to much being a new member ! Thanks to all of you out there !

Loved the TF-41 turbofan on the F-14, I worked for Grumman Aerospace for 15 years until I broke my neck on the job. A little slow at 67 ! Still only trust my hands on my Taco !
