All personal preference, but based off what ive seen the most common is the BFG KO2's. On top of personal preference is pricing, load range, tire size, etc. I personally run Load Range E 265/75/R16 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's because I got them on sale for I believe $972, which is a pretty damn good deal imo for A/T's. Load range E is very much overkill on a Tacoma, but I did it because I just wanted to play it safe off roading around rocks and roots. But I'd take the advice at looking at already started forums on tire setups.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
What is your end game?? What size Wheels also factors in.

    Snow and Ice?

95% high speed Highway 5 % Rock crawling or mud bogs.

Look to the tire that fits your use the best.

I rolled the dice on the Goodyear Workhorse ATs (265/75/16) for my most recent purchase. Only put a few k on them so far, but I don't have any complaints.
