2tr valve cover won't stop leaking near exhaust manifold despite being torqued correctly. It is not overfilled with oil I don't know what it could really be i have also put new gasket

Have any pics of where the leak is? you could take it back off and try putting a dab of FIPG near where it's leaking. This is how the FSM goes about sealing up where the timing cover meets the head at the valve cover, since the surfaces are uneven

Right in that area above the headers. It'l pool up around where the coolant hose meets the metal and just all around it

Did you put a little dab of FIPG where it's circled in yellow? This is probably the source of the leak. The head and timing cover are slightly uneven where they meet, and it can cause leaks. Dab of FIPG on both sides would be a good idea

Sorry for not specifying this, but it's alllllll along the valve cover that's the leak. I am really starting to thing the valve cover is warped and just needs replacing

Def a possibility, it gets oil EVERYWHERE. All over my oil catch can and intake. It just started leaking this bad a few weeks ago, it leaked before just not as much

Could always pull it off and put a straight edge on it without a gasket to check
