The yellow Honda is a 1977 CB400F, I have the same bike but in Candy Antares Red.

 

Can you powdercoat the wheels for around the same price as ABS? I don't think I'd want ABS on a mini moto like that either.

 

Probably? Honestly have never tried to find a powder coater in my area. Fork stanchions are gold vs. silver, too. I think it only has the ABS circuit on the front, so I can't imagine it'd be difficult to bypass or remove, and only adds 2lbs. Might not be worth the hassle of powder coating for the price difference.

I am very bad about promoting it tbh. I figure in the winter I probably wont get more than $3500 for it, I have no rush to sell so if I can get $4k in the spring why not wait ha. I really want to get $4k for it.

 

I'm still salty about selling my SM. It was super clean, completely modified out (other than big bore kit), had a super rare Ohlins rear shock and I could only get $4200 for it after listing it for a few months.

I'm not looking forward to selling my CB1000R in a few months.

 

That’s crazy. They go for way more than that in Charlotte. What part of the country are you in? Good thing you didn’t post it here. That might have been worth a flight out to you.

 

I'm in California (Bay Area).

The bike had never even been down and I bought it from the original owner who was an older guy. It had the Keihin Slant carb (that I rejetted), SS brake lines, Yoshimura exhaust, Fords Fabrication headlight, new tires, etc and I just couldn't get it to move.

 

That thing is pretty!

 

The one I was recommended to attend is SoCal Supermoto, the track they use is the Adams motorsport park in Riverside. They provide the bikes, and have gear to borrow but I'll probably be bringing my own to help break it in and get comfortable with it. Costs about $335-$370 per class, looks like they run a class every weekend almost.

I usually don't like bikes like this but this one looks so much better than the Super Duke 1290 so I actually like it.

I was just looking for the Africa Twin Adventure Sports color scheme with the gold wheels, can't find one for the new Grom, though.

Really, I want the AT just for Carplay. And I'd skip the AT if Honda would bring the NT1100 to the US.
