Front brackets made, now to make the back then hit the lathe for the pins and then to find some springs.

Yup, I'll go down that YouTube rabbit hole sometimes for hours usually.

Although last night (err this morning?) I was up till 2am watching murder mysteries and then the Ted Bundy tapes on Netflix. I'm such a weird person

Growing up in Pa Dutche Farm Country Lots of Foods I never ate.

I never ate pizza till I was in my twenties .

Then if I feel really brave I might use barbecue sauce.

So the taco sauce might have been a turn off.

    RE: Poll…
My choices aren’t there (whelp, they are, but GREATLY simplified). When I go to the trucks, I’m hitting up all sorts of goodness… Lengua, Tripa, Chorizo, Nopales, Birria, Al Pastor, Buche, Barbacoa, and maybe Carne Asada. Pollo, Carnitas, pescado, and Camaron are low on the list, even if we start talking Papusas.

I will take your word if I was real lucky I might manage a 2 course meal if water is considered the first course.

Things were different in the sixties

@six5crèéd - asking folks to show you their meat for $2.75 might not have been your most thought out decision for the title…

A similar cartridge start system (Coffman starter) was used on airplanes in the 30's & 40's.
