Just bought my 2023 Tacoma, and looking to get new suspension/ wheels this year. Ideally I’m looking for a 2” level or lift, i’m completely new to the whole lift/ level thing and would appreciate it if someone could give me the best setup. In terms of wheels, i like the falken wildpeak ( 265/65R17 ) and KMC KM544 Mesa. If someone could give me like an exact suspension setup thatd be awesome, Im still trying to learn everything about suspension and lifts/levels. Thanks

Honestly, ideally around 800-1000 for suspension. I want to enjoy it as a daily driver, but also be able to handle off-road trails when I choose to go.

That kit comes with rear shocks, not UCAs. Add UCAs if you want, but it will drive up the price

I would also suggest Eibach for a lift kit. I am quite happy with mine.

Thanks, from what I'm seeing just the 6112 should be enouggh for what I want to do. I don't plan on having any significant weight on the rear end for extended periods of time.

Bilstein 5100s are the cheapest option.

If it were me, I would definitely get rear shocks too. It's less about weight, and more about the ride once you put beefier shocks on the front

You'll get a lot of personal opinions based on individual experience about what is "best" etc. So I will give you mine. Truth is there is no wrong answer as long as you are happy.

For lifts around a grand, I'd do Eibachs kit. There is a thread here about people having some issues, but there are also plenty of guys running it who are very happy, myself included. I do not do any serious offroad with heavy articulation. I'm guessing you wont be either based on your post. If you like the KMCs and 17s I'd run them in 17x8.5" zero offset with 265/70-17 tires. You'll need new lug nuts as well.

IMO, an 8.5" zero offset wheel on a 31.5-32" tire (sl version) on a 2" lift is exactly how this truck should have come from Toyota. It's the perfect set up for road and mild off road and it looks 1000 times better with pretty much zero cons or reliability concerns. It's also how mine is set up, right down to the KMC wheels lol. See what I mean about opinions. lol
