Just traded trucks with a friend. He had a 1st gen Taco that needed some work, but he really just wanted a newer vehicle with no issues to get from A to B. At first I just did the swap to help him out, but now I'm really excited about it.

It's a 2003 in green (2.7L manual), and came with a variety of small issues, but I put it through the local shop and I'm working on some stuff myself, and it's coming together nicely.

    Already done:
    -Method wheels + Falken tires
-fixed rear window latches (metal connector)
    -bluetooth head unit
-shop fixed a bunch of mechanical issues

    Ordered:
    -new shift knobs+boot
    -SRQ grill + corner lights

    Next Projects ASAP:
    -mount spare in bed
    -mild lift (Bilstein or OME)
    -front bumper (ARB)
-figure out what to do with this weird crab claw cup holder

Eventually I'll do a lot more for it (rear bumper, sliders, skids, bed soft topper, lockers, etc). For now, here it is with its fresh wheels and tires (and inspection sticker). Really love how the bronze turned out with the green. Anyway, thanks for having me.

Nice. Those wheels do look good with the green. I love the simplicity of the 1st gen, especially with the 4cyl 5spd. Good call on the front bumper. Your truck should come together quite nicely. Enjoy.
