Not eating after 1600 put in 10 or 12 hours then eat quicky mart junk food .

I don't know if I mentioned we all got a new bicycle for Christmas, there's a development beside us that has a hilly road and it's 1 mile to the cul-de-sac. Cole and I, well, I thought it was a good idea for Cole and I to ride all the way to the end and back. It's 80% down hill going in

We had to stop about 9 times coming out so the old man could rest

 

Are the roads dry enough to ride your bike yet?

Not even remotely. Ice everywhere + road bike tires = assured death.

That's what makes the bike marathon so difficult without a stationary bike. It's in May so the roads are usually clear for at most a month by then. That's not enough time to train. At least not for me.
