99 WEIRD ELECTRICAL START ISSUE

    Well I learn a ton off you guys on this thread.....

    Easy to check the NSS or clutch SS integrity on the back of that relay....

    the starter relay .....which is grounded with either NSS, or clutch SS....
    super simple to check.......easy to hot wire......or even start if you have a power probe.....

    Looks like when you energize the starter .....you also 12v the ecm, maf circuit, and the open circuit relay (fuel pump)....
    at the exact same time.....
