I think @Taco critter recently found a bike you can borrow.

That's on my to do list. I've done the inner doors with Second Skin Pro 2mm, but haven't had a chance to get to the back cab wall. Noticeable difference, but now the road noise is more pronounced in the spots that don't have sound deadening.

Speaking of gum and a lack of customer service. Back in my college days the main office had all the employees shielded behind a glass wall with a small cut out to speak though. I remember stopping by one afternoon to enroll in a specific class I needed to finish out my degree. One employee in particular hated their job and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I may or may not have stuck my gum on the middle of the glass and walked out.

Sign me up! I love going up in arial lifts! The higher and windier the better! Unfortunately the company had a policy, no lift work with wind speeds above 15 mph.

I loved the thrill!

 

Lifts are fine I just had a problem with ladders .

Far to many ladders broke when I was a child never fell far a few feet.

just a step ladder 3 or 4 steps In a few minutes my shirt will be soaked!

Trees no problem Rock and Ice walls in my much younger days far to much fun.

When I started looking at my diet and paying attention to what I was eating 6 months ago, my research led me to Dr. Berry’s videos. His content seems to contradict what my doc is telling me, which is funny because I’m eating healthier than ever. I’ve been cutting carbs, seed oils, and processed foods out, trying intermittent fasting and one meal a day. So far weight wise, I’m back to where I was when I was climbing peaks and backcountry skiing all the time. I thought about going with the carnivore diet at least trying it. But I find it’s a lot easier to just not eat crap and limit the intake hours.
