Hello, everyone. I have a 2004 Tacoma with a 4-cylinder engine, automatic transmission. Bought it about 1-1/2 years ago with only 45K miles. It's a great truck (until last night when the rear brake and tails stopped working; see my other posting).

I chose "Mineral Mike" as a user name because I live near Mineral in central Virginia, halfway between Richmond and Charlottesville.

I have plenty of experience working on vehicles (rebuilt the 318 V8 engine in my first car, a 1958 Plymouth station wagon). I've also designed, built, and troubleshot electronics devices for 50+ years.

I appreciate the expertise here, and hope I can contribute something along the way.

    --- Mike
