    I see it as a 6-10 cent bullet vs thousands of taxpayer dollars.

    Sportsman's, online, Bimart. Guy used a 22 revolver, 22 is a great round to put into a brain. Even cheaper if he didn't expend all of the rounds in it, then they could use his own gun and ammo to drop him.
