This one touches a nerve with me. My mom passed away this year and it was horrific. (save the condolences) We literally treat our pets better than our loved ones. If someone kept their dog alive for all that she went through they would call in inhuman. She still had her mind but her body was painful garbage. She wanted to go, she needed to go, she begged to go, but nOoOooo she had to stay and suffer. I begged hospice to drug her, but apparently there's a "fine line . . . " Fucking useless twats and their death with indignity.

I fully understand where this couple was coming from. News flash - we are all going to die. I still have a few years, but when I start to get on I will have a suicide method ready if I ever need it and save my family from the pain these people have to endure.

Life… it ends, after it begins. The tale is in between. I am sorry that your mom suffered, being stuck here in pain and suffering, I hope there is something more after that makes it worth it. Otherwise we only get one chance and as far as I know I’m closer to the grave than ever before. I don’t condone life taking measures but I certainly understand them. May peace be with you friend.

^According to the IG post caption, the conservation officers deemed it necessary, because the fight would have likely left one of the two rhinos dead or seriously injured. Lacking an armored vehicle, they used what they had :notsure:

I guess a 70 series is about as armored as you get without going contract

Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
My wtf for today was taking 5 hours to replace the rack and pinion in my dad's gas saver 2001 Ford Focus ZX3. PITA job. Had to drop the subframe and run it through a maze to get it replace. I thought ahead for once and replaced the pressure and return lines while I was there, also did new tie rod ends.
I did forget to check the retaining plate to make sure it fit both hose fittings, it didn't. I ended up using a Dremel with the hoses in place to open up the gap to fit the second fitting.
The thing that pissed me off was finding the r&p had been replaced in 2011 and they damaged one subframe bolt. I ended up remembering that the car is being sold in a year when he retires so I cleaned up the bolt and sent it home as I didn't have a tap to chase the threads in the welded nut.
That one also reminded me why I have a dislike for auto engineers.

Count your blessings. You can just wipe that off. I had an ‘86 Acura integra and the filter was on the back of the engine right above the exhaust flex pipe. The kind wrapped with woven mesh. Oil would spill on it and it would take days to burn off. I finally learned to wrap it in newspaper when I did an oil change.

Seems like a good opportunity for a Fumoto valve :)

The current 4Runner parking brake, though, is next-level hentai tentacle rape evil. I knew I was in for a rough time when I saw the S-shaped nails in the hardware kit:
