Buzzing sound behind glove box..hvac related?

    02 tacoma regular cab 3.4 v6 4x4 auto


    There is the video of the noise. As you can see it kind of stops when I press on the recycled air circulation. On the ac controls. The fan is off in this video. Haven’t had a chance to take the dash apart yet, but I can feel vibration on the tube behind the glovebox (guessing that is one of the shafts for the blowers). The ac doesn’t work(bought it like that). Gonna pull off the trim soon but wondering if someone has already been through this and can point me in the right direction. Long list of issues with this Tacoma but it’s my first and I’m stoked . Will be fun to get this thing back to a presentable vehicle. Thank you all

    I took mine apart last year and tried the fix, worked for a while. I just unplugged it for now.

    I unplugged it. Looks like the arm was just moving back and forth and making that sound. Gonna take apart the motor and try to troubleshoot. Thanks for the direction Kevin.
