P.O. 441 code

You guys have helped me with some immediate problems now here is one that has lingered for a while. Years ago the automatic shut off on a gas pump failed and over flowed. As soon as I got in the truck I had a check engine light. I took it to an auto parts store and they pulled the code P.O. 441. They suggested a part but they did not have it. I went to a different parts store and they pulled the same code but suggested a different part. It was not affecting the performance so I left it alone. I just read an article from a Toyota dealer that suggested it could be several things. Any advice?

 

The P0441 code is Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow. It will most likely pass away after a while.
