I’ve been trying to button up the new exhaust I installed. Cats & all. Both flanges needing redoing. I also got a couple of crappy mufflers. New a/f sensor. O2 is under a year young. Both Denso’s. I was not passing my OBD2 data reader’s smog test & now I am, yet I’m still blowing gray smoke & still have a rough, high (850-ish) idle.

FT’s at idle are good, I think. Or at least better than they were. I did notice that the o2 (downstream) will periodically take a nose dive. It holds steady around .7 & then it’ll drop to around .2 or .1. Then back up again. I can’t seem to link it to any other thing on the live data though.

Another thing is the intake air temp was 61. The ambient temp is 32 outside. I’m in the garage though, so I’d guess it’s around 40. I’m just sayin because I believe a faulty MAF/AIC sensor can cause gray smoke & a rough idle.
    (MAF reading was around 4.6).

    Any thoughts/suggestions?
Oh, & I am aware a vacuum leak would have these results. I’ve been over & over the hoses as I have been trying to nail down the idle issue for quite the while now.
    IAC is good
Throttle body went to max bore over the summer.
    New air filter, plugs….
