So I am getting a 3 inch front and 2 inch rear lift. Also getting the Nitto LT285/70R17 Trail Grappler. What is the best offset to get for minor plastic trim?

    Are you getting UCAs?
That might be a consideration, as well as wheel width, when considering what offset; to avoid backspace and UCA interference.

With 33s, you're gonna be trimming no matter what and will need at least 0mm offset to clear the UCAs. +10mm might work, but that would be a bet that you might not want to take.

No matter what offset and tire size, if you plan on something more than mallcrawling, the tire is gonna need to stuff at full uptravel, lift or not. IFS lifts do not change the max angles, just the static ride height.
