I used to work in an Italian Restaurant where I was in charge of making the pizza dough.
It was high gluten flour, said it right on the bag. I know what you mean though. :)

Might sound gross but I put Reese’s pieces in my buttered popcorn at the movies. It’s fantastic!

I'll have to post my recipe for Reese's Pieces pie later. You guys would love it - it takes all of my will power NOT to eat the whole thing in one sitting!

So I will divide the recipe into smaller parts just so I can eat the whole thing. Haha the games we play…

Rough day here today. The second snow storm kept power flickering, and many in town are dark now. These pics are from around 5:30 when a transformer blew about a mile from my house, I saw it light up the sky..scary!

Reese's Pie. Fair warning its addictive

you need a jar of the Reese brand peanut butter and a bag of the mini reese's pieces (in the baking aisle with the chocolate chips)

premade oreo type graham cookie pie crust
1 brick cream cheese - softened to room temp
1 tub of cool whip thawed
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup EACH mini chocolate chips and mini reese's pieces

mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peanut butter with an electric mixer until combined. add the cool whip last or it will lose its fluff. mix in the chips. dump it all into the pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
crumble a couple of reese cups over the top if you think it doesn't have enough sugar/peanut butter
