99 Tacoma manual drive will not kick over , I have recharged battery, put new plugs, new fuel filter.
Then it almost kicked over, was hoping it's was not fuel pump, but I had field my tank and drove it at least 2 full days but then nothing
Could not even pop the clutch to start up again.
    Asking for help from anyone

When cranking the truck, does the rpm gauge move?
I don’t think the fuel pump will not come on until it sees an RPM signal.

You might try spray a bit of starting child into the intake when cranking.
    See if it fires?
