Windshield sprayers low on volume?

I’ve been dealing with the passenger sprayer barely spraying the windshield and the two sides drastically spraying different patterns. It’s been that way for a long time. I just replaced the check valve tee and they are better than they were new. Maybe mine was bad from the factory. This is what I replaced. It’s found under the hood. It is a check valve that only allows the fluid to flow one direction. It must have been preventing proper flow.
