So if you leave pin 3 and 5 connected you should have voltage at the small wire of the starter when you try to start

Don't jump pins 1 and 2 together, you will either blow a fuse or fry a wire.

No lights - no click, no crank?

I had the same problem last year.
Alternator killed the battery - new alternator fixed it up and zero issues since.

so if there’s power on pin 5 when you turn the switch…and you connect 3 and 5 together and you don’t have voltage at the starter the wire is broke somewhere from pin 3 to the starter

    Ok so let's recap.
Have you verified your test light works before each test?

Test light ground connected to battery Negative and the tip on Pin 1 of the starter relay connector, does it light with the key in the crank position?

Test light ground connected to battery Positive does it light when you touch the tip to Pin 2 of the starter relay connector?

Test light ground connected to battery Negative and the tip on Pin 5 of the starter relay connector, does it light with the key in the crank position?

Test light connected to battery Positive and starter plugged in, does it light when you touch the tip to Pin 3 of the starter relay connector?

Interesting, it should crank then if you put a jumper wire between 3 and 5 and turn the key to crank.

I'm assuming you verified the STA Fuse is good and has power on both sides with the key in the crank position?

Pin 1 comes from the Park/Neutral Position switch, you can backprobe pin 5 (Black/Yellow) at the Park/Neutral Switch and check for power there with the key in the crank position. If you have nothing do the same test at Pin 4 (Violet).

What were the events that led up to this no-crank?
