So you might find this hilarious...or annoying.

The crew of guys I wheel with all have 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon's. Now our Jeeps have about nothing left on them "Jeep" except maybe the steering wheel and some body panels. We come up to "others" in Jeeps (especially Rubicons) and have the attitude "well I have a Rubicon....I can do that..."

    The suspects:

So we started a little something something whenever we came up to another "Jeep" and especially a Rubicon we would get on a small rock (maybe the size of a basketball) and lean out the window and yell "RUUUUBBBBIIIICCCOOOONNNNN!!!!!" as loud as possible. It was even better when all three of us would yell that. It still brings a smile to my face every time we do this.

We really can't stand "Jeep" people either...

How hard would it be for them to just straighten the blade while they go past your driveway?

Wait, you’re telling me my stock Tacoma can’t make it down those rocks? I thought I just had to add a “Rubicon” sticker and I’m set.

I live in a beach town and the 4 door Wrangler is our official mid-life crisis vehicle. Can’t even hit speed limits due to traffic so sports cars aren’t popular, but every Becky and retired accountant toots around in heeps to project their adventurous nature.

You absolutely can make it down those rocks. I would bet a grand on it.

By this argument, 98% of us don’t need Tacoma’s. You are correct, but 9/10 Americans would do just find with a Camry or RAV4.

It's one of these. If they'd just plow by, then back up a touch with the blade lifted they could drop it in my driveway and push it over to the side. It'd literally take two minutes at most.

That sucks!! Those road graders can move some snow. A few of ours has the V plow up front for the deep stuff.

My road mostly gets drifts, so they can just kinda ram through it or take it a bite at a time.

Sure. You know what, let’s take your Lexus sedan out there. It is a Toyota. And by your logic, a “Toyota” can make it.

But be prepared to be stuck in Rock Bottom!

I thought you had the ability to turn the blade on those.

Even if they turned it, there is enough snow it'd just have a berm on both sides of the blade. I'll try to remember to get a picture.

Most people don't take a RWD Lexus sports sedan off-roading....but I like where this may be going.
