I recently preformed the fog light anytime modification. Afterwards, whenever I actuate the headlight/ turn signal stalk my ABS light turns on in the dash. Has anyone else experienced this?

How did you tap in your wire?
You may want to reverse what you did and see if the problem is still there.

My first attempt at the anytime fog mod, my truck bed AC inverter outlet stopped working. I broke the legs on the relay of the inverter by trying to squeeze both terminals into the single slot lol. So depending on which mod you did, you could have affected that relay.

I unfortunately have a base model truck and do not have an inverter relay. Thank you for the suggestion nonetheless!

Be careful when abs light is on also usually means abs is not working at that time.

I did this mod once and I immediately regretted it. Somehow I broke the N.O. contact wire inside the relay when reinstalling it. Ended up finding the problem and soldering it back together but decided the mod wasnt really worth it and haven't thought about it since. Its one of those mods that seems cool because its basically free and sounds useful, but its just not really needed IMO.

Thats fair, but for me I really like the ability to run fogs and high beams when I'm on the trail at night.

I double checked and I did connect to the correct wire (the light green one)

You know that Green wire you tapped into?
Take a look at what fuse it goes to.
Then look at the list of things it goes to above.
It goes to the the ABS.

    He’s telling you, “Start there”.

With a bad relay the modification wouldn't work, correct?
