Had a chip and ended up having to have a new windshield. New windshield has a doohickey on the passenger side. Anyone have any idea what goes there? I am gonna put a glare strip up there any way but just curious.

Probably an older and unsold windshield. My 2018 Tacoma had the GoPro mount, my 2022 does not.

16-18 Tacomas came with a GoPro mount. Funny seeing that on a replacement windshield. Bet someone at the factory has a position titled "GoPro Mount Technician" or something lol
