    That’s exactly what I do… USE that side burner on your grill!!!

    I fry, boil, etc anything I don’t want smelling up the house on that side burner. Anything that’s not large burner scale… I’ll bust that out if I need to fry a Turkey or do a party boil or pot.

    :D I'm sure there are cheaper slap-on style options somewhere.

    Potatoes. Roast potatoes.

    Cooking them in the pan under the bird while cooking is also a great approach.

    The side burner on the grill is a must have!!

    I use it for things that are gonna spatter grease all over my counters or things that stink + no fire alarm on the back porch to set off.
    I also use it for my pressure cooker so I don't have to listen to it/have it spew steam all over my house.
