I had my tires replaced and while going home the tire pressure sensor came on, I tired to do the hold the rest button for 3 sec while on the ON position but nothing happens. So I turned off the car held the button but when I turn it to the ON position it’s already blinking and it’ll stay blinking

    Does it ever stop blinking?
If it stops blinking after about 30 secs. It’s probably a bad sensor.

TPMS sensor batteries have a limited lifespan. If yours are original, they're probably starting to die off. Either that or the folks who installed your new tires damaged a sensor when they were mounting or dismounting them.

Seems like the batteries lasted me about 7 years on both of my 2012 toyotas…go to discount tire and they can scan them and tell you which ones are bad to know for sure.
