Hey folks! What is this noise at 00:06?

2000 3.4 4x4 M/T w/ 243k miles. Have had the noise since I owned it at 217k miles and it presents when accelerating hard. Timing belt, water pump, tensioner pulley, and idler pulley were replaced at 175k miles in 2012 before my ownership.

Using a long screwdriver as a stethoscope on each pulley while revving, I couldn’t conclusively hear any rattles. About to replace a cracked radiator as soon as the part gets in; would be nice to tackle it at the same time.

What would you guys think the noise is?
