What is the difference between these grille clips?

I think the top link is for the grill and the bottom is for the filler piece under the headlights. Toyota calls them both grille retainers though. I've ordered knock offs before and they sucked. Want to get it right this time. About to change timing belt and all and anticipate needing new clips.

 

I think you’re correct.

Also you can avoid breaking the grill ones. They can be disengaged by flipping the little tab with a long screwdriver from the front of the grille

 

Thanks for the feedback. I just want to be prepared in case some of those 20 year old clips call it quits.
