4x6 off grid camper

Ok bear with me. What it is is a 2016 haulmark 4x6 v nose enclosed trailer.
outside:
ground off leaf spring mounts and re welded on new perches on the top side of the axle for more ground clearance. Repainted the axle and all cross members for better rust protection. It lives in NY so it def started to collect again. fabricated a roof rack and platform which you can stand on from 1x3 square stock with 1x1 cross members. Mounted to that is a 100watt renogy solar panel with wiring plate to waterproof the wires into the inside.

Installed max air fan for circulation
Added exterior led scene light on each side

inside:
Tore out all the walls and wiring. Used 1” foil backed ridgid foam board in the walls and tan all new wires through the beams with a step bit. Used rubber edge sleeves so wire doesn’t cut or fray
The U beams on the roof were drilled and filled with spray foam
Spray foamed any gaps near the base of walls installed new 1/4 material on all walls and ceiling. wired in solar and attached it to renogy charge controller to power
Renogy 12v 100ah deep cycle hybrid gel battery
It all runs through a main kill switch and blue sea fuse panel.
near the door is a powered switch panel that runs interior led strips and outdoor led on each side outside
It has 2 extra switches for more acc.
Built a pull out kitchen and convertible couch and bed. In the front are the bay holding power supply and the other is storage. Slide out kitchen has 500lb locking drawer slides.
also has a drawer above a pull out toilet space

Had more planned for it but we had our little man so things change. I have 2 rv windows to choose from I was going to put in the side wall for scenery and cross draft (will go with the trailer) I made space to put an Amazon diesel heater inside run it to the fuse box
Was going to mount an awning the to roof rack
Possibilities are endless but as is it’s a light capable little trailer. Anything can tow it at 900lbs I think.

 

Oh yeah each cushion section moves and is made from 5” high density foam with custom covers that can be removed and cleaned

 

i love it. Maybe ill do this to my camper in my truck, i like the sofa idea then turn to bed
