    They acid stripped then sand blasted & sand the faces since there was a lot of pitting

    Face mount, reverse outers. VIA, JWL, and JWL-T.
    Barrel label evidence points towards these being made by WORK Wheels.
    No spoke decals in this example; faces may have been repainted. Either way, very clean and nice condition. More often encountered in 15 inches, but still rare; even more rare in 16 inches.
