    Had a guy who owns a shop.
    We’ve done business since 1988!
    Wanted to charge me for tire disposal on 5 sellable tires!
    Told him l’d be willing to let him have them free but not gonna pay you to take them.
    I’ll take them with me!

    Nice guys finish last tell them you want your stuff back up front!
    Someone at the shop is probably rocking your wheels and tires!
    Kinda think it’s too late to do anything!
    Never should have left without them.

    In my experience, "take offs are used parts" do not get returned unless specifically requested by the customer. So IMO your wheels did not get "stolen".
