BLUF: After ohming out my 4x4 system and applying voltage to the ADD I still have a blinking light.

Since I just lost my long winded write up of my 4WD analysis over the last 4 months (arrg), I will be more to the point and can fill in the rest as needed.

Previously I disassembled the ADD found moisture & observed previous soldered motor pins and reassembled with fluid change. Blinking went away for a couple months until I got nerve to test going into 4Hi and back to 2WD. No worky! Now blinking has been back for a while. I followed referenced thread today with these results.

    ADD
    Pin 4 connectivity: Yes 5&6 No 3,2,1
    Pin 1&2: 2.5 ohms

    Transfer case actuator
Thoroughly confused. Pins 5&6 connectivity. Nothing between 6&10. No ohms between 1&2.

Followed the video for disassembly, soldered motor pins, tested motor, confirmed in 2WD, carefully reassembled. No change ... blinking 4WD continues.

I guess the next thing would be to take apart the ADD again but not sure what to do other than take it apart and play with the motor.

    Any advice @BigWhiteTRD or others?

P.S. Pictures and videos are available, if needed.

    From a first look

    ADD
Your ADD readings appear correct for the ADD actuator in a mid position (between 2wd and 4wd). Nothing on ADD is obviously wrong at first glance. If all else was good, truck would try to drive this actuator to either 2wd or 4wd to match dash selector, and would fault if it couldn't succeed at that. (Note, there may be an issue with ADD, but it is not obvious from this data yet).

    Transfer case
You didnt report every ohm check we need on transfer case, but this data looks bad so far. The full set of data to check for transfer is
    Resistance pin 1-2
    Connection from pin 6 to 3, 4, 5
    Connection from pin 10 to 9, 12

But you got open for pin 1 to pin 2 on transfer case. Double check that. If it's TRUE, then indicates motor connection is open in the transfer case actuator. ECU will detect this and insta-fail and not do anything but freak out. If so, will have to disassemble or replace transfer actuator.
