Hello. New member here with a question. I have a set of headlights that are for the NON -DRL tacoma and wanted to install it on a tacoma with factory DRL. Is that possible ? The photo is the headlight I would like to install, it's an aftermarket set. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you

Can run an add a fuse to a spot of your choice. INJ is always hot I think, or Tail so it can be turned off and on when parking lights are activated.

you have SR / SR5 headlights?

Have a sport with the little L DRL but the aftermarket set I would like to install is for the non DRL SR5 models.

Why would you want DRL? Are you Canadian?

:evil:If you read again, OP's Taco already has DRL. His wanting to change to aftermarket LED ones.
Tacoma's have had DRL (dim headlights during day or the turn signal or the additional LED bars) for a long time now. :smack:Nothing to do with :canada:o_O

What's gonna happen if you don't connect the DRL?

    Why does anybody need DRL?

Everything plugs in but the low beam doesn't work and the high beam on the passenger along with the signal on the passenger does not work. Did not come with Amy instructions when it was purchased .

Headlight shares ground for Low & High beam (LED) verify vehicle connectors polarity.
