    200K and counting.
    Sand them down and apply primer/color match paint. its going to be difficult to get the new/old paint to blend nicely however. Good luck rust sucks, but a fresh bit of paint can go a long way for the metal.

    I clean them up with a very small round file, sandpaper is difficult to get into and keep into the right shape. After that, your favorite paint.
