I've always wanted to make frames like this for my canvases but I'm so lazy. These look fantastic! Love the still life as well

Thanks. Yeah I don't usually frame my paintings, but I felt like since they're gifts it made them seem more complete.

Dyed a belt to go with a custom buckle (one of these - haven’t decided yet) made of olive. The Danish oil has to cure for about a month before I can finish them in epoxy resin, but they look fantastic so far.

Also made up some custom letter openers for family members. Once they cure I’ll wax them up and ship them out.

I like them all, but I’m more partial to the 2 on the right.

My wife likes the one I rounded off, even though I explained that the epoxy will take care of that. In 28 more days, that is.

Working on collecting some scrap and making some more just to have something to rasp when I’m in work meetings.

    project update:
small businesses are awesome! i checked all of my local quilt shops and no one had the fabric i needed. i was the only customer in one shop and they offered to search through my purchase history to see if i had bought it from them. BINGO! lady jumped on the phone with her rep for the fabric line and asked to add a bolt to her order that she purchased yesterday. so she's adding a full 12 yard bolt of fabric to her inventory just so i can have the 3" strip i need. was super super happy that i can finally finish my quilt
