    Just about all my shooting is done at 300 yards or less
    0 Degree bases do fine for me.

    You typically use 20 moa when shooting longer range 500-1000 yards.

    Yup im not sure on what height yet since my optic has a 50mm objective but I figure the having the picatinny rail and at least a medium height optic ring would suffice. If it does not, I will purchase the high set.

    there’s a range near me up to 1000 yards for rifles which I plan on building my skill and hitting up to.

    Wish I had enough room to stretch mine out. No ranges locally for me. Have to find someone with a pipeline due to the woods here. I went with the short bill barreled action and added a wood stock. Something I could swing around from a stand easily.
